Free Shipping at 125 USD
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders above 125 USD.
Once your order reaches the required amount, the free shipping option will automatically appear during checkout together with the other available shipping methods.
Economy Shipping (Flat Rate)
Fishmadman is a Danish company, and we ship worldwide using trusted Scandinavian postal services and international postal networks.
For many destinations, we offer Economy Shipping — also known as Flat Rate Shipping. This is the most affordable shipping solution we can offer and is especially suitable for small and lightweight shipments such as flies, feathers and fly-tying materials.
Economy Shipping typically includes:

Delivery through standard international mail systems
Even though this is a simple shipping method, it is generally a reliable and widely used solution for lightweight international shipments.
Typical Economy Shipping prices for smaller orders:

Denmark: around 4–5 USD
Shipping prices may vary depending on destination, postal regulations and order size.
Track & Trace / Signed-For Shipping
If you prefer additional delivery security, tracking updates and documented delivery, we also offer Track & Trace / Signed-For shipping for many destinations.
This shipping method typically includes:

Shipping costs depend on destination country, order size and local postal conditions.
All available shipping methods and prices are automatically displayed during checkout once you enter your delivery country and address.
We do not make money on shipping costs. The shipping prices shown during checkout reflect the actual shipping cost as closely as possible without additional handling or packaging fees added on top.
Payment – Simple & Secure
We currently accept most major credit cards through trusted payment providers such as Quickpay and PayPal, offering secure and encrypted payment processing for your purchase.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal payment option during checkout and follow the instructions.
We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers.
All payment transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections, and no sensitive card information is stored on our servers.
Bank Transfer
Prefer to pay by Bank Transfer? No problem.
Simply complete the checkout process by selecting the Bank Transfer option. You will then receive our bank details and payment instructions directly on screen, and we will also send the information to you by email for convenience.
Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the payment has been received and cleared in our account.
Please note that international bank transfers may involve additional banking fees depending on your country, your bank and the transfer method used. In cases where extra transfer costs occur, we aim to share these costs fairly with our customers whenever possible.
Because international banking fees can vary significantly between countries and financial institutions, we are unfortunately not always able to calculate these costs in advance before the payment process has been initiated.
Shipping Times & Customs Handling
International shipping has become a bit more unpredictable in recent years, especially for small international letter shipments, but we always do our very best to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
In many cases, orders are processed and shipped the same day — or within 24 hours after payment has been completed.

Delivery times always depend on destination country, selected shipping method and local postal conditions.
Please note that Economy Shipping (Flat Rate) may in some cases take a little longer than Track & Trace / Signed-For shipping, as Economy shipments travel through standard postal systems without tracking updates or priority handling.
Customs & Natural Fly-Tying Materials
Many of our flies and fly-tying materials are made from natural materials such as feathers, fur and hair.
Because of this, international shipments may occasionally attract additional attention during customs or border inspections, especially when scanned through airport security or customs X-ray systems. Small packets containing natural or organic materials can sometimes be selected for additional inspection simply because they look unusual during the scanning process.
In some countries, customs processing and import handling have also become more extensive in recent years, even for very small shipments sent as standard letter mail.
If a shipment is selected for inspection, this may occasionally delay delivery. These procedures are handled entirely by customs and postal authorities, and unfortunately there is very little we can do other than wait for the shipment to be cleared and released.
Fortunately, the vast majority of shipments move through the postal and customs systems without problems.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly and securely.
All payment transactions are processed through trusted payment providers such as Quickpay, PayPal and banking partners in Denmark using secure SSL-encrypted connections. Sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers.

In simple terms, this means that information exchanged between you, our payment providers and Fishmadman is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.
For additional security, some payments may occasionally require extra verification or confirmation if a transaction is flagged by the payment system as unusual or potentially fraudulent. In such cases, we may contact you before the payment is finalized.
Privacy & Personal Information
Shopping online is largely about trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We only collect and store the information necessary to process your order, arrange shipping, provide customer support and comply with Danish bookkeeping and legal requirements.
As a general rule, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

No Spam — We Prefer Fishing Too

We would honestly rather spend our spare time by the river than annoying people online.
We will never collect or store personal information about you beyond what is necessary to operate our webshop and fulfill your order securely and responsibly.

Order Confirmation & Payment
After placing an order through our webshop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email containing your order details, payment information and selected shipping method.
We do not capture or finalize payment before your order has been packed and prepared for shipment.
If, for any reason, we are unable to supply one or more items from your order, you will of course not be charged for those products. In such cases, we will either adjust the order total accordingly or contact you if needed before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant shipping confirmation and any available delivery or tracking information depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Invoice & Payment Confirmation
Yes — you will automatically receive an invoice by email as soon as your order has been packed and shipped.
The invoice is sent to the email address provided during checkout and includes full details about:

Payment confirmation and order information
If we are unable to supply one or more items from your original order, those products will naturally not be charged or included on the final invoice.

Shipping Information & Ordering Details
Free Shipping on Orders Above 125 USD
Fishmadman offers free shipping on qualifying orders above 125 USD.
Once your shopping basket reaches the required amount, the Free Shipping option will automatically appear during checkout together with the other available shipping methods.
Please note that Free Shipping is not automatically selected as the default shipping method. This is because some customers may still prefer to use Track & Trace / Signed-For shipping instead.
Choosing Between Free Shipping & Track & Trace
Our standard Free Shipping solution is usually based on Economy Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping.
This is the most affordable shipping solution and works very well for the majority of small international shipments of flies and fly-tying materials.
Economy Shipping typically includes:

No tracking or delivery updates
Some customers, however, prefer the added security of Track & Trace / Signed-For shipping.
Track & Trace shipping is more expensive than Economy Shipping, but includes:

Please note that Track & Trace shipping is not necessarily faster than Economy Shipping — it mainly provides additional tracking and delivery security.
If you qualify for Free Shipping but still choose Track & Trace shipping, we will normally deduct the value of the standard Economy Shipping from the total shipping price.
In cases where this adjustment is not automatically handled during checkout, it will be corrected manually on the final invoice before payment is completed.
