This isn’t in my wheelhouse, but I did smoke one with my wife. The unlit aroma was strong, maybe even off-putting. The cold draw wasn’t as strong, and there were notes of tobacco…the first light was a blend of overpowering berry sweetness and tobacco that settled in to a consistent smoke after a few puffs. Though the burn line was good, this one required relighting several times if not puffed very regularly. The middle third had less of the berry flavor, and that was good. A few notes of oak arrived at the end…it was actually a bit bitter. I may like this one better with a summer drink on a hot day. It’s just too sweet for me, but that is by design.
