The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley. Created by Alex Thomas, one of a few female master blenders in the Irish whiskey industry. Triple distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills and then aged in oloroso sherry butts, sourced from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.
